Alyssa N. Biamonte

Alyssa N. Biamonte is an associate in the firm’s Easton, Pennsylvania office.

Before joining the firm, Alyssa was a law clerk for Hon. H. Matthew Curry J.S.C. where she drafted final Court opinions and orders. She also prepared the Judge for daily court proceedings and jury trials.

Alyssa received her Bachelor’s Degree in Law & Justice and a Certification Undergrad in Forensic Anthropology from Rowan University and her Juris Doctor degree from Appalachian School of Law. During college she volunteered with the Peetey Green Prison Program where she tutored inmates who were obtaining their GEDs, and she also volunteered with the Hackettstown Rescue Squad.

While in law school she was a member of Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society, Criminal Law Society, she was a student ambassador, a student teacher for Trial Advocacy, and she worked as a paralegal at Reece Hale Robertson, LLC, drafting divorce decrees, settlement agreement, and assisted with criminal defense. She also worked as a Legal Intern for the Warren County (New Jersey) Prosecutors Office.

While in law school Alyssa volunteered as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (“CASA”) advocating for the rights of children who were in need. During her time at CASA, she frequently visited the children she advocated for and their families, generated reports, and advocated in Court to a Judge on what she believed was in the best interest of the child.

Alyssa is admitted to practice in New Jersey.
