Chad Klasna

Chad Klasna is an associate in the Easton office and a member of the firm’s litigation group. He is actively involved in all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, expert witnesses, motion practice, trials, appeals, mediations, arbitrations, and settlements.

Before joining the firm, Chad was in private practice where he managed a variety of litigation matters in state and federal jurisdictions.

He has experience defending complex negligence and civil rights claims for municipalities and other public entities including city and county governments, police departments and officers, public housing authorities, and sewage authorities.

Chad served as outside labor counsel for a New York county where he advised the client on labor, employment, and civil service issues. In this role, he successfully investigated and resolved labor issues and disputes and handled disciplinary actions, union grievances, and hearings before various state boards and agencies.

Experienced in defending insurance claims, Chad has worked on general liability, subrogation, municipal liability, automobile and trucking liability, products liability, and premises liability lawsuits. He also has handled plaintiff personal injury lawsuits and construction litigation.

He received his J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law and his B.A. from Drake University.
