Chris, a Partner in the New Providence office, concentrates his practice on civil litigation, education, and labor and employment.

Chris represents boards of education and other municipal entities in general counsel, labor and employment, and litigation matters. He regularly appears in state and federal court on a variety of complex civil litigation matters including employee retaliation and discrimination lawsuits, including CEPA and LAD claims, claims for lost or unpaid wages, and failure to train and failure to supervise claims.

Chris also handles arbitration of disputes between public employers and collective bargaining units, and public entity disciplinary matters.

Additionally, Chris has extensive experience in litigation in state and federal courts in New Jersey and New York, involving contract disputes, shareholder litigation, environmental insurance coverage, and bankruptcy matters.

Chris received his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he was an associate editor of the Seton Hall Law Review.  After graduating from law school, Chris worked for a law firm in Roseland, New Jersey in the area of general civil litigation.

Chris is a member of the New York and New Jersey State Bar Associations.
