David I. Solomon is an Associate in the firm’s New Providence office. David focuses his practice in the areas of education, labor & employment, landlord/tenant, and government affairs.
Prior to joining the firm, David worked as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Justine A. Niccollai, J.S.C., in the Passaic County Superior Court, Criminal Part. During his clerkship, David served as a court appointed mediator for both small claims and landlord/tenant matters.
While attending Seton Hall Law School, David interned with Governor James E. McGreevey at the New Jersey Reentry Corporation and served as a Student Attorney with the Immigrants’ Rights/International Human Rights Clinic at Seton Hall’s Center for Social Justice. David was also a student mentor and served as a Senator within the Student Bar Association.
