Holly C. Renshaw

Holly Renshaw is an associate in the firm’s Easton office, driven by her desire to build a career focused on helping others. She earned her Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2023, where she graduated with a 3.341 GPA and was recognized with the Alumni Scholarship for academic excellence. During law school, Holly was actively involved in numerous organizations, serving as a Student Bar Association (SBA) representative for the Criminal Law Society, Irish American Law Society, Women’s Golf Club, Women’s Law Forum, and the First Generation Law Student Association. She also participated in the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association and the Seton Hall Law Mentor Program.

Holly graduated summa cum laude from The University of Alabama in 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and a minor in Political Science. She maintained a perfect 4.0 GPA, earning spots on the President’s List for six semesters and the Dean’s List twice. A founding member of Disaster Relief at Work, Holly also expanded her global perspective through a study abroad program in Greece and Italy.

Her legal experience includes serving as a law clerk for The Honorable Christopher R. Kazlau, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Criminal Part, where she researched and drafted opinions, jury charges, and legal orders, while also conducting settlement conferences. Holly also gained substantial experience as a law clerk at the Law Offices of Robert J. DeGroot, where she worked on trial and appellate briefs, federal sentencing memoranda, and motions and appeals. Additionally, she served as a judicial intern to The Honorable Michael A. Petrolle, J.S.C., and as a legal intern with the Dellutri Law Group in Florida.

Outside of work, Holly enjoys golfing and is actively involved in community service.

She is admitted to practice law in New Jersey.
