Natalie Ohana

Natalie Ohana is an associate in the firm’s Corporate & Business, Commercial Real Estate and Cannabis Practice Groups.

Natalie has worked with a range of companies, from startups to established businesses, and has experience with corporate governance and organization, formation and dissolution, and a variety of other corporate and transactional matters.

As part of her transactional practice, Natalie has experience with negotiating and drafting contracts, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, non-compete and non-disclosure agreements, among others.

Natalie also worked as a consultant in Tel Aviv, where she advised businesses and law firms. She is fluent in Hebrew.

Natalie is a graduate of George Washington University and earned her Juris Doctor from New York Law School, with a focus on Business and Financial Law.
