Robert L. Swartz is a partner in the Cherry Hill office and concentrates his practice in corporate law, real estate development and transactions, business formation and venture relationships, estate planning and general transactional counseling. Robert has guided clients in property acquisition and sale negotiations, financing, joint venture relationships and closings of multi-million-dollar transactions. Robert has guided developers and homebuilders in all phases of commercial real estate development including zoning and planning applications, title review and other due diligence requirements. Robert has also represented his real estate clients in finalizing acquisition, development and construction loans.
Robert has experience representing real estate developers and homebuilding companies, from due diligence, zoning and planning, to acquisition and sale to third parties. Additionally, Robert has guided other business clients, such as medical professionals, manufacturing clients and retail businesses in formation, corporate governance, lease negotiations, and general business counseling along with acquisition and sale of client businesses.
Robert’s practice includes advising and guiding clients through all aspects of estate planning, offering a wide range of services including, preparation of wills, living wills and health care directives, trust documents and durable powers of attorney documents. Robert works closely with accountants and financial planners in the guidance of clients.
Robert earned a B.S. in accounting from Rutgers University Camden, and a law degree from Rutgers Camden Law School. He was also named as one of South Jersey’s top attorneys by South Jersey Magazine for Commercial Law.
