  • One at One: Are Childcare Centers Open in New Jersey?

Today’s Issue:

When are all childcare centers and other childcare facilities allowed to reopen in New Jersey?

Answer:

On May 29, 2020, Governor Murphy issued Executive Order 149 which allows for the reopening of childcare centers and other childcare facilities on June 15, 2020. Childcare centers and other childcare facilities must submit proper documentation to the New Jersey Department of Children and Families twenty-four (24) hours prior to the childcare centers or other childcare facilities anticipated reopening date.
