One at One: Paid Sick Leave & Teleworking
Posted April 14, 2020
Today’s Issue:
Whether an employee may take intermittent paid sick leave while teleworking?
Answer:
Yes, if approved by the employer. If an employee is unable to telework normal scheduled work hours due to a qualifying reason under the Emergency Paid Sick Leave Act, the employer may allow for the employee to use intermittent paid sick leave.
