  • One at One: PERC Conferences and COVID-19

Today’s Issue:

Has the New Jersey Public Employment Relations Commission (“PERC”) altered its procedures for filing and holding conferences due to the COVID-19 pandemic?

Answer:

Although PERC has cancelled all in-person conferences for the month of April, teleconferences will continue as scheduled. PERC has continued to process all filings related to new and ongoing matters. Additionally, all elections currently scheduled will continue, with restrictions consistent with the limitations that the Governor has placed on all public gatherings.
