Today’s Issue:

What is happening to New Jersey Civil Law Division cases scheduled for Trial or Arbitration?

Answer:

All petit jury reporting is suspended and all jury trials are postponed “until further notice.” No new jury trials will be scheduled.

Civil Arbitrations scheduled between March 16, 2020 to April 26, 2020 are cancelled, but are being rescheduled. All Arbitration sessions scheduled on or after April 27, 2020 will be held via video or telephone conference.
