Louis Cappelli, Jr., Managing Partner of the Cherry Hill office at Florio Perrucci Steinhardt & Cappelli, has extensive experience in education, governmental and regulatory affairs, labor, lobbying, real estate, family and personal injury law. Cappelli currently serves as Director of the Camden County Board of Chosen Freeholders. He has served as a Freeholder since 2002 and as a Director since 2006. He previously served as a member of the Board of Commissioners in the Borough of Collingswood and as a member of the Collingswood Board of Education. Cappelli also serves as a member of the Board of the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Cappelli received his B.S. from Albright College and earned his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law – Camden.
Teresa Lentini, a Partner in the Cherry Hill office of Florio Perrucci Steinhardt & Cappelli, focuses her practice in the areas of commercial litigation, land use, construction, and foreclosures. She is a member of the Burlington County Bar Association and the Camden County Bar Association. Lentini earned her J.D. from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law and her B.S. from Philadelphia University.
Robert Swartz is a partner in the Cherry Hill office and concentrates his practice in corporate law, real estate development and transactions, business formation and venture relationships and general transactional counseling. Swartz has guided clients in property acquisition and sale negotiations, financing, joint venture relationships and closings of multi-million-dollar transactions. Swartz has guided developers and homebuilders in all phases of commercial real estate development including zoning and planning applications, title review and other due diligence requirements. He has also represented real estate clients in finalizing acquisition, development and construction loans. Swartz earned a B.S. in accounting from Rutgers University Camden, and a law degree from Rutgers Camden Law School.
Jennifer Vorhies, a Partner with the firm practicing in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, has extensive experience handling a wide array of family law matters including complex and general divorces, pre-nuptial agreements, child custody and parenting time disputes, paternity, alimony, child support, and domestic violence matters. She is currently the Chairperson of the Warren County Family Law Committee and frequently serves as a panelist for the Early Settlement Program. She is the current President of the Warren County Bar Association. Vorhies is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University and Pace University School of Law.
Brian Budic, an Associate in the Cherry Hill Office, concentrates his practice in civil litigation. He regularly appears in state and federal court on a broad array of civil litigation matters and has substantial experience handling cases in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, including personal injury, contractual disputes, landlord tenant claims, and employment law matters. Budic is also actively involved in the representation of both employees and employers in the Division of Workers’ Compensation throughout the State of New Jersey. He has also been named one of South Jersey’s Top Attorneys by SJ Magazine. He is a member of the American Bar Association, New Jersey Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association as well as the Camden County and Gloucester County Bar Associations. He is a graduate of St. Joseph’s University and earned his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law-Camden.
