Caitlin Pletcher to Speak at NJSBA’s 2023 Spring School Law Forum

On June 13, 2023, Caitlin Pletcher, a Partner with Florio Perrucci Steinhardt Cappelli Tipton and Taylor and Co-Chair of the Education Law Group, will speak at the New Jersey School Board Association’s Spring School Law Forum 2023.

The New Jersey School Boards Association is a non-partisan, state-created federation of boards of education that provides training, guidance and legal updates to school districts across the State. The 2023 Spring Law Forum, organized by the NJSBA, as well as AMPSA members, will cover important education law updates on a variety of topics including, Harassment, Intimidation and Bullying, and tenure law. Pletcher will be presenting on recent cases, NJDOE guidance, and pending legislation regarding psychiatric clearances for students and the implications of same.
