Florio Perrucci Steinhardt Cappelli Tipton & Taylor LLC welcomes Eric D. Lee to the firm. Lee is an Associate in the Litigation Practice group at the firm’s Phillipsburg office.

Prior to joining the firm, Lee served as an Assistant Prosecutor at the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office beginning in the Domestic Violence Unit before joining the Trial Team Unit.  There, he prosecuted cases charging indictable offenses, disorderly persons offenses, and violations of domestic violence restraining orders.  Lee presented cases before the grand jury, conducted plea negotiations, and participated in criminal investigations. Before that, Lee served as law clerk to the Honorable Michael A. Petrolle J.S.C., and the Honorable Alfonse J. Cifelli, J.S.C., in the Superior Court in Essex County.  He also served as a court appointed mediator for small claims and landlord/tenant matters. Lee graduated from the University of Maine, received his M.B.A. from Centenary University, and his J.D. from the Seton Hall University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and is member of the Essex County and Warren County Bar Associations.
