Florio Perrucci Steinhardt Cappelli Tipton & Taylor LLC is pleased to welcome new associate attorney, John Edward Malchow. Malchow works from the firm’s New Providence Office with the firm’s Education Law and Municipal Law Practice Groups.

Prior to joining the firm, Malchow represented clients throughout New Jersey as part of a boutique law firm in Somerville, New Jersey. Before that, he had judicial clerkship with the Hon. Arthur L. Zulick of the Monroe County Court of Common Pleas, where he assisted with a broad array of civil and criminal matters, and he completed a clerkship with the Hon. Robert A. Ballard, Jr., of the Superior Court of New Jersey in the Somerset County Family Division. In 2012, Malchow was elected to the Watchung Board of Education. Malchow received his bachelor’s degree from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, his Master’s degree from the Rutgers Graduate School of Education, and his J.D. from Penn State Law where he was elected president of the student bar association and valedictorian of his class. He is a member of the Somerset County Bar, Union County Bar, New Jersey State Bar, and the American Bar Associations.
