Lester Taylor Speaks at NJLERA’s Program on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

On March 6, 2023, Lester Taylor, a Partner with Florio Perrucci Steinhardt Cappelli Tipton and Taylor and Chair of its Education Law Group, will be a panelist at the New Jersey Chapter of the Labor and Employment Relations Association (NJLERA) March event.

The program, Diversity, Inclusion And Bias: A Program for Labor, Management and Neutrals, will provide an overview of federal, state and organizational initiatives, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) training tips, and the important role that neutrals (e.g., arbitrators, mediators and others) must ensure equal access and administrative justice for all. This program, which has been submitted to the CLE Board pending approval for DEI credits, also includes an important discussion regarding critical DEI concepts such as implicit and explicit bias.

Taylor will be joined by other esteemed panelists including Robin H. Gise, Esq., a JAMS Mediator and Arbitrator; Ann Lesser, Esq., Vice President of the Labor, Employment and Elections Division of the American Arbitration Association in New York; Sundeep lyer, Esq., Director of the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights; and Jamie R. Williamson, EEOC Philadelphia District Office Director. The panel will be moderated by Armando V. Riccio, Esq.
