Lester Taylor to Speak at the 2023 Public Employment Conference

Lester Taylor, a Partner with Florio Perrucci Steinhardt Cappelli Tipton and Taylor, will speak at the 2023 Public Employment Conference.

Presented in cooperation with PERC and the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Law Section, the conference comprises thought-provoking and insightful presentations about many of today’s cutting-edge issues, including timely discussions about ongoing pandemic-related challenges.

PERC is the New Jersey Public Employment Relations Commission which deals with labor relations issues involving public employers, public employees, and unions that represent public employees.

Taylor will be part of a Negotiations Trends Panel moderated by Mary Beth Hennessy-Shotter, Esq., Director of PERC’s Conciliation & Arbitration. He will discuss management’s perspective of union negotiations along with East Windsor Mayor Janice Mironov. The union perspective will be discussed by Patrick Colligan, President of The New Jersey State Policemen’s Benevolent Association and Denise Graff Policastro, Deputy Executive Director of New Jersey Education Association.
