Seth Tipton Speaks on Emerging Insurance Coverage Issues in the Cannabis Industry

Seth R. Tipton, a Partner in the Bethlehem, PA office of Florio Perrucci Steinhardt Cappelli Tipton & Taylor LLC, participated on a panel discussion entitled Emerging Insurance Coverage Issues in the Cannabis Industry at the 2019 CLM New York Conference & Holiday Party. With his other panelists, Wes Gilbreath of Continental Heritage Insurance Company, Henry LeFevre-Snee of Clausen Miller and Kieran O’Rourke of Cannasure Insurance Services, they discussed how claims professionals and the insurance industry are affected by the legalization of recreational marijuana in many states. This presentation was held on December 05, 2019 the Westin New York Times Square Hotel in New York City.
