David Fiori III

David Fiori III, Esq. is an associate in the firm’s Easton office, licensed to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He brings a diverse range of legal and business experience to his practice, with a background that includes judicial clerkships, real estate expertise, and leadership roles.

David earned his Juris Doctor from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2023, where he participated in the highly regarded Integrated Transactional Program, recognized for its focus on problem-solving in legal practice. During law school, he served as President of the Christian Legal Society and Treasurer of the Federalist Society, demonstrating his commitment to leadership and community engagement. He also completed a summer program in international and EU law through Drake Law School in Nantes, France.

David’s legal experience includes a clerkship with The Honorable John J. Burke III and The Honorable Christopher M. Troxell in Warren County, New Jersey, where he managed motions in the family dissolution docket and drafted over 150 court orders on complex legal issues. He also handled over 120 emergency family-docket orders with same-day turnarounds. David’s judicial experience extends to an internship with The Honorable Vanessa A. Zecher in San Jose, California, where he drafted issue summary memoranda for high-stakes divorce litigation and managed undergraduate interns.

Before embarking on his legal career, David was a licensed residential and commercial realtor in Los Gatos, California, where he sold over $2.2 million in real estate within six months of graduating from Santa Clara University, where he earned his B.S. in Finance. His background in real estate investing and financial analysis continues to inform his legal practice.

An Eagle Scout since 2016, David is also an avid barefoot/minimalist runner, triathlon competitor, and active participant at Bridge Community Church in Easton, PA.
