We are looking for a Social Media and Accounting Specialist to join our team in Easton, PA. Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Job Description

The administrative assistant will be responsible for performing the following functions on a regular basis, including but not limited to:

  • Transcribing correspondence, memos, emails, etc. for final review and approval by respective attorney(s) and/or paralegal(s).
  • Maintaining hard and electronic copies of client files.
  • Communicating with various individuals by telephone and email, including clients, court personnel, and other counsel.
  • Reviewing and routing telephone and email messages to appropriate individual(s).
  • Frequent printing, scanning, copying, and faxing of documents.
  • Maintaining attorney calendars, scheduling/coordinating court appearances and meetings.
  • Performing time entry and preparing intake forms, conflict checks, check requests, expense reports, and reimbursements.

Required Skills

The ideal candidate will also possess the following qualities:

  • Prior experience with and knowledge of New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Federal Court Rules.
  • An understanding of general litigation procedures and processes, including Court/Judicial preferences and filing requirements/deadlines.
  • Familiarity with e-filing systems and the submission of pleadings for New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Federal Courts.
