Donald Souders

Don Souders is a Partner at Florio Perrucci Steinhardt Cappelli Tipton & Taylor working in several practice groups including litigation, DUI, criminal defense, municipal court, real estate, land use and family law.

Don has more than 30 years of trial experience, achieving favorable settlements and verdicts for his clients in many jurisdictions. His trial work has included civil and criminal jury trials primarily in Warren, Hunterdon, Somerset, Sussex and Morris counties in New Jersey and Northampton, Lehigh, Monroe, Carbon, Montgomery, Delaware and Bucks counties in Pennsylvania, as well as federal court in Trenton, New Jersey, Richmond, Virginia and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Prior to joining the firm, Don was a practitioner in Phillipsburg, New Jersey. Don worked in real estate, land use, workers’ compensation, business formation, criminal defense, commercial litigation and family law matters.

Following graduation from law school, Don was an associate with an international law firm in New York City and New Jersey before opening his own law firm.
