Seth Tipton to Moderate the 2nd Annual NJ Cannabis & Real Estate Conference

On May 3rd, Seth Tipton, a Partner with Florio Perrucci Steinhardt Cappelli & Tipton and Chair of the firm’s Cannabis Law Group, is moderating the 2nd Annual NJ Cannabis & Real Estate Conference.

Tipton will lead a group of esteemed players in the cannabis industry including Michael Moran, Special Investigation Manager, Valley National Bank; Arthur E. Hance, President, Hance Construction, Inc.; Patricia Walker, Founder & Principal, Luna Verde Cannabis Consulting, LLC; and Colby Piper, Director, RIPCO.

The panel will discuss a variety of topics regarding the cannabis regulatory process. Among the topics are the application process for both medical and recreational use, financing and banking issues, site control issues, local support and zoning issues, and more.

The conference, presented by the Mid Atlantic Real Estate Journal, is being held from 8:00 AM – 11:30 AM at the Delta Hotel by Marriott Woodbridge in Iselin, New Jersey.
