Firm Pledges Pro Bono Assistance to Sinkhole Victims

When unexpected disasters happen, communities rely on neighbors helping neighbors.

Following the recent sinkhole emergency in Phillipsburg, New Jersey, that displaced several families and led to multiple homes being condemned, residents are facing difficult and uncertain circumstances.

Because our firm has deep roots in Phillipsburg and the surrounding communities, Partner Doug Steinhardt is spearheading a pro bono legal effort to assist the eight displaced families, with support from fellow partners Brian Tipton and Christian Perrucci at Florio Perrucci Steinhardt Cappelli & Tipton LLC.

Our team is volunteering time and legal expertise to help affected residents understand their legal options and pursue possible avenues for relief.
