Florio Perrucci Steinhardt Cappelli Tipton & Taylor LLC Supports Montclair State University Athletics

Florio Perrucci Steinhardt Cappelli Tipton & Taylor was a proud sponsor of the 8th Annual Red Hawk Open on September 14, 2020. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this year’s Open was held virtually.  The event raised more than $55,000 for Montclair State University’s 18 varsity athletics teams and 500 student athletes who participate in the University’s Division III intercollegiate athletics program.

Lester Taylor, a Partner of Florio Perrucci and a Member of the Board of Trustees of the Montclair State University Foundation, says “During this difficult time, we are proud to support Montclair State’s dedicated student athletes and look forward to seeing everyone back on the golf course next year”.

Created in 1960, the Montclair State University Foundation receives contributions from alumni and business leaders, corporations, private foundations, and others engaged in the mission of Montclair State University and in educational philanthropy. The Foundation manages over 350 scholarship funds, as well as programs that expand teaching and student learning experiences. Funds managed include over 250 endowments with a value in excess of $80 million. Grants raised through the Foundation fund numerous worthy programs and support the University’s research designation in areas that impact society in so many ways.
