How to Evaluate a Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Case by Chris Perrucci & Rob Donchez
Posted October 26, 2023
Chris Perrucci and Rob Donchez recently presented a CLE Course entitled How to Evaluate a Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Case.
They covered a variety of topics including how to determine who is liable for injuries, how to quantify damages, costs to litigate a case, and insurance and collection issues. Perrucci says, “We do a holistic evaluation of every case that comes to our office. One thing is certain, it is essential to know as much as possible at the onset of a case so you can set the right expectations with the potential client.”
Donchez adds, “If someone is injured, it is beneficial to engage an attorney as soon as possible. Early investigation is often critical to ensure all relevant evidence is preserved including potential video evidence and witness statements. In our experience, early investigation helps obtain the most successful outcomes for our clients.”
