Seth R. Tipton Discusses Legal Cannabis at the 2019 New Jersey Paralegal Convention

Seth R. Tipton, a Partner in the Bethlehem, PA office of Florio Perrucci Steinhardt Cappelli Tipton & Taylor LLC, discussed legal cannabis at the 2019 New Jersey Paralegal Convention.  The Convention took place on October 25 at the Renaissance Woodbridge in Iselin, New Jersey.

The New Jersey Paralegal convention is a one-day program that features a variety of legal seminars in the areas of cannabis law, family law, personal injury law, technology and ethics.

Tipton, a resident of Harmony (New Jersey), concentrates his practice in corporate law, health care law, real estate development and commercial lending. He is a leader in cannabis law, representing applicants for medical marijuana permits in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, guiding them on private capital raises, application requirements and real estate.  He also counsels clients on all aspects of formation and compliance for cannabis companies. He is a member of the Warren County, New Jersey and Northampton County, Pennsylvania Bar Associations, and of the Health Law Section of the American Bar Association, and co-Chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association Cannabis Law Special Committee.
