Seth R. Tipton, a Partner in the Bethlehem, PA office of Florio Perrucci Steinhardt Cappelli Tipton & Taylor LLC, participated on a panel discussion entitled Emerging Insurance Coverage Issues in the Cannabis Industry at the 2019 CLM New York Conference & Holiday Party. With his other panelists, Wes Gilbreath of Continental Heritage Insurance Company, Henry LeFevre-Snee of Clausen Miller and Kieran O’Rourke of Cannasure Insurance Services, they discussed how claims professionals and the insurance industry are affected by the legalization of recreational marijuana in many states. This presentation was held on December 05, 2019 the Westin New York Times Square Hotel in New York City.

He also counsels clients on all aspects of formation and compliance for cannabis companies. He is a member of the Warren County, New Jersey and Northampton County, Pennsylvania Bar Associations, and of the Health Law Section of the American Bar Association, and co-Chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association Cannabis Law Special Committee. Tipton earned his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University and his law degree from Rutgers School of Law-Newark.
