Seth Tipton to Co-Moderate the 2nd Annual Cannabis Symposium

On March 18, 2020, Seth Tipton, a partner at Florio Perrucci Steinhardt Cappelli Tipton & Taylor, will co-moderate the New Jersey State Bar Association 2nd Annual Cannabis Symposium. The Symposium, presented in cooperation with the New Jersey State Bar Association Cannabis Law Special Committee, will take place at the New Jersey Bar Center One in New Brunswick, NJ from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. For more information, please click here.

The program will include a distinguished panel of key voices in the New Jersey cannabis discussion. They will discuss the various areas of law related to cannabis use, sale, and growth, and its impact on lawyers’ clients and practices. Attendees will gain valuable insight, strategies for handling many of the new situations that will likely arise, and the very latest information available.

Tipton, a resident of Harmony, New Jersey, concentrates his practice in cannabis law, corporate law, real estate development and commercial lending. He is a leader in cannabis law, representing applicants for medical marijuana permits in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, guiding them on private capital raises, application requirements and real estate. He also counsels clients on all aspects of formation and compliance for cannabis companies. He is a member of the Warren County, New Jersey and Northampton County, Pennsylvania Bar Associations, and of the Health Law Section of the American Bar Association, and co-Chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association Cannabis Law Special Committee. Tipton earned his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University and his law degree from Rutgers School of Law-Newark.
