Seth Tipton to Moderate the 2023 Cannabis & Real Estate Conference

On April 20th, Seth Tipton, a Partner with Florio Perrucci Steinhardt Cappelli Tipton & Taylor and Chair of the firm’s Cannabis Law Group, is moderating the 2023 Cannabis & Real Estate Conference.

Tipton will lead a group of esteemed players in the cannabis industry including Edmund DeVeaux, President of the New Jersey CannaBusiness Association; Danielle Ficker, CEO of Braided Organics; David Little, Head Chocopreneur of Nouveautes, Inc.; Ronald Mondello, Esq., the Municipal Cannabis Consigliere; and others.

The panel will discuss a variety of topics regarding the cannabis regulatory process. Among the topics are the application process for both medical and recreational use, financing and banking issues, site control issues, and local support and zoning issues.
