Wade Dickey Successfully Secures Dismissal of Complaint on Behalf of Public Entity

Wade Dickey served as lead counsel representing a large New Jersey public entity in the defense of a personal injury action in Atlantic County, New Jersey. The lawsuit arose out of a motor vehicle accident that occurred in November of 2021.

The suit was subsequently filed in August of 2022 in the Superior Court of New Jersey with the firm’s client added as a Third-Party Defendant later that year. Through Dickey’s vigorous defense of this lawsuit, a dismissal of the Plaintiff’s Complaint was entered on July 13, 2023.

When asked for a comment, Dickey stated “this is a great outcome for our client at the outset of this case. Through this dismissal, our client achieved a favorable result without the time and costs associated with a protracted litigation.”
