  • Florio Perrucci Secures a $2 Million Award for 58-Year-Old Motorcyclist Killed in NJ Accident

In a recent case, Christian Perrucci secured a $2,000,000.00 (Two million dollar)  award for the family of a 58-year-old man who killed in a motorcycle accident in Vineland, New Jersey. Although he was not married, he maintained a close and supportive relationship with his two adult children.

Despite the fact that he died at the scene of the accident, our forensic pathologist provided crucial evidence of several minutes of conscious pain and suffering, as well “pre-impact terror,” which significantly contributed to the award.  In addition, we enlisted a top-notch economist, Mr. Andrew Verzilli who successfully quantified $500,000 in losses for counseling and emotional support for his two sons pursuant to New Jersey’s Wrongful Death statute.
