Katharine A. Fina

Katharine A. Fina is a Partner in the Easton office, focusing her practice on construction litigation. She has extensive experience representing public entities, contractors, subcontractors, and homeowners in complex construction disputes throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York. Katharine regularly handles a wide range of construction litigation matters in both state and federal courts, including delay damage claims, bid protests, construction defect claims, payment disputes, contract performance issues, and mechanics/construction liens.  Her broad experience across all parties involved in construction projects — from owners to suppliers — gives her a unique and practical perspective that strengthens her advocacy in negotiations, arbitration, and at trial.

In addition, she provides comprehensive representation and counsel to public entities, including municipalities, local authorities, counties, school boards, and state agencies. Her work in this area encompasses all aspects of regulatory compliance, local government operations, and employment matters.  She is particularly knowledgeable in public procurement and in the drafting and negotiating of all types of contracts, ranging from construction contracts to SaaS contracts.

Prior to joining the Firm, Katharine clerked for the Honorable Emil Giordano of the Court of Common Pleas of Northampton County.

Katharine is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the Northampton County Bar Association.
