Kody Hines

Kody Hines, an associate at the firm’s Easton, PA office, primarily focuses his practice on personal injury law. He also handles general litigation, criminal defense, and land use matters.

His personal injury experience includes premise liability such as slip, trip and falls, tree falls, and balcony collapses. He also represents clients injured in motor vehicle including pedestrian accidents. Kody also plays a significant role in medical malpractice actions.

Prior to joining the firm, Kody served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Samuel P. Murray in the Northampton County Court of Common Pleas in Easton, Pennsylvania.

Kody earned his Juris Doctor from Vermont Law School and his Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies, cum laude, from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania. During law school, he gained valuable experience working in Vermont Law School’s Environmental and Natural Resources Law Clinic, as a summer associate with the public defender in Windsor County, Vermont, and as a legal intern with an environmental nonprofit organization in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Kody is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Northampton County Bar Association. He is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Vermont.
