Michael Ierino, an attorney in the firm’s Cherry Hill Office, concentrates his practice on construction law, litigation, municipal law, land use, and estate planning.

In his construction law practice, Michael adeptly advocates for the rights of both contractors and consumers embroiled in disputes ranging from breach of contract to negligence and consumer fraud. With a meticulous approach, he assists in crafting comprehensive written agreements for construction projects, ensuring clarity and protection for all parties involved. Michael’s commitment to thoroughness extends to conducting frequent on-site inspections alongside industry experts, enabling him to gain invaluable insights and a deeper understanding of each case’s intricacies.

In addition to construction law, Michael has a robust general litigation practice. His litigation work includes estate litigation where he skillfully navigates contested wills and estate administration matters, ensuring fairness and adherence to legal principles. Michael also provides comprehensive estate planning services, helping clients create wills, POAs, and advanced healthcare directives to safeguard their assets and provide for their loved ones. He ensures clients understand their options, taking into account family dynamics and the efficient transfer of wealth, giving them peace of mind about their future. Additionally, he handles insurance defense work pertaining to personal injury cases, as well as debt collection litigation and landlord/tenant disputes.

Michael’s practice further extends to municipal matters, where he frequently serves as legal representative for Planning Boards, particularly in navigating land use appeals. His role encompasses drafting ordinances and resolutions, alongside active participation in their monthly meetings, ensuring compliance and effective governance.

Lastly, Michael offers private representation to individuals seeking approvals from Planning Boards, adeptly preparing and presenting land use applications for variances, conditional uses, and other essential permissions, showcasing his dedication to facilitating smooth and successful developments within the community.

Prior to joining the firm, Michael was an associate attorney with a Washington County, Pennsylvania law firm. In this role, he drafted municipal agreements, ordinances, and resolutions, and attended clients’ monthly meetings. He also drafted pleadings and related documents, engaged in discovery, and managed legal hearings.

Before entering private practice, Michael served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable John F. DiSalle in the Washington County (PA) Court of Common Pleas. During his time as a judicial law clerk, he was exposed to a variety of practice areas including criminal law, orphans court, and family law. He also spent an extensive amount of time in the courtroom which allowed him to learn courtroom procedure and etiquette while further learning the rules of procedure and evidence.

Michael graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in May of 2017. He received his undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, in Political Science from Slippery Rock University. Michael is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
