Our Divorce & Family Law practice represents clients in all areas of family law, including simple and complex issues such as divorce and property distribution, child custody and visitation (parenting time), child support, paternity, alimony, domestic violence, protection from abuse orders, termination of parental rights, adoption and guardianship, psychiatric and commitment hearings, and prenuptial agreements. We also represent clients for a variety of post-divorce issues such as alimony modification, custody arrangements, recalculation of child support, and changes to parenting time.
