On Thursday, January 26, Brian Budic will participate in NJICLE’s webinar entitled Back to Basics: The Fundamental Building Blocks for a Strong Workers’ Compensation Practice.

Budic will be joined by other esteemed panelists to discuss key concepts and issues that arise in workers’ compensation cases. They will address issues from both the petitioner’s and respondent’s perspectives to prepare practitioners on either side for success when they take on a workers’ compensation case. Attendees will also receive a judicial perspective from a sitting Workers’ Compensation Judge. While the course will prepare young attorneys and those attorneys new to Workers’ Compensation to practice in this area of the law, experienced practitioners will also benefit from this program as it is a timely refresher course with a focus on new developments and recent changes to the practice.

Brian Budic, a Partner in Florio Perrucci Steinhardt Cappelli Tipton & Taylor’s Cherry Hill Office, divides his practice between workers’ compensation and family law. He represents both employees and employers in the Division of Workers’ Compensation throughout the State of New Jersey. He currently serves as defense counsel for public entities such as the Camden City School District. Additionally, Brian has extensive experience representing clients in all aspects of family law in New Jersey, including complex issues of divorce, equitable distribution, child custody, parenting time, child support, alimony, domestic violence, and prenuptial agreements. He is a member of the American Bar Association, New Jersey Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association as well as the Camden County and Gloucester County Bar Associations. He is a graduate of St. Joseph’s University and earned his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law-Camden.
