Brian Budic Receives an Equal Justice Medal

On June 7, 2022, Brian Budic, a Partner in Florio Perrucci Steinhardt Cappelli Tipton & Taylor’s Cherry Hill Office, received an Equal Justice Medal from Legal Services New Jersey. Budic was recognized as a Major Contributor for Pro Bono Legal Assistance to clients of South Jersey Legal Services.

Legal Services New Jersey embraces the vision of full access to essential civil legal aid for all economically disadvantaged people who cannot secure a lawyer on their own. This belief in the importance of legal assistance to indigent people stems from an underlying concern with fairness, and a conviction that important legal needs of individuals should be addressed.

Budic divides his practice between family law and workers’ compensation. Budic has extensive experience representing clients in all aspects of family law in New Jersey, including complex issues of divorce, equitable distribution, child custody, parenting time, child support, alimony, domestic violence, and prenuptial agreements. He also represents both employees and employers in the Division of Workers’ Compensation throughout the State of New Jersey. He currently serves as defense counsel for public entities such as the Camden City School District. Budic is a member of the American Bar Association, New Jersey Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association as well as the Camden County and Gloucester County Bar Associations. He is a graduate of St. Joseph’s University and earned his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law-Camden.
