On January 19, 2022, Brian Budic, a partner with Florio Perrucci Steinhardt Cappelli Tipton & Taylor LLC, will be a panelist for a NJICLE live webcast, Back to Basics: The Fundamental Building Blocks for a Strong Workers’ Compensation Practice. This presentation will cover the key concepts and issues that arise in workers’ compensation cases. The panelists will discuss the issues from both the petitioner and respondent perspective to prepare practitioners on either side for success when they take on a workers’ compensation case. While the course will prepare young attorneys and those attorneys new to Workers’ Compensation to practice in this area of the law, experienced practitioners will also benefit from the seminar as it is a timely refresher course with a focus on new developments and recent changes to the practice.

Brian Budic, a Partner in the Cherry Hill Office, represents both employees and employers in the Division of Workers’ Compensation throughout the State of New Jersey. He currently serves as defense counsel for public entities including the Camden City School District. He is a member of the American Bar Association, New Jersey Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association as well as the Camden County and Gloucester County Bar Associations. He is a graduate of St. Joseph’s University and earned his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law-Camden.
