As a named partner at Florio Perrucci Steinhardt Cappelli & Tipton, Steinhardt boasts a robust legal career, marked by favorable verdicts and positive settlements across diverse areas including litigation, land use, commercial transactions, labor and employment, and family law. His extensive experience includes serving as outside counsel to various corporations and public entities including the McDonalds Corporation, Tilcon, Quanta Services, the NJ Sports and Exposition Authority, Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission, and countless others. He also serves as defense counsel to insurance companies and joint insurance funds and is the Sussex County Counsel.

In addition to his legal practice, Steinhardt holds or has held several notable positions:

• Former Chairman of the New Jersey Republican State Committee
