Florio Perrucci Welcomes Staci Sabetti & Kody Hines

Florio Perrucci Steinhardt Cappelli Tipton & Taylor LLC is pleased to announce that two attorneys have joined the firm. Staci Sabetti joins the firm as a partner in its Bethlehem, PA office. She concentrates her practice on real estate development, commercial loans, and business law. Kody Hines, also in the Bethlehem office, is an associate focusing on litigation.

Staci Sabetti has been practicing law for over 20 years. She is experienced in real estate transactions, financing development, construction, leasing, and landlord-tenant issues. Sabetti also handles a wide range of business law matters including the negotiation and drafting of contracts, entity formation, and corporate governance matters. Prior to joining the firm, Sabetti was in-house counsel for a real estate development company. In this role, she handled all the company’s legal issues including real estate, human resources, and business matters. Before that, she worked for a Monroe County law firm handling business, real estate, and family law matters as well as litigation. Sabetti received her J.D. from Touro Law School and her B.S. in Business Administration from Villanova University. Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, Sabetti is a member of the Northampton County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.

Kody Hines earned his J.D. at Vermont Law School, and he received his bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania where he graduated cum laude. While in law school, Hines worked in Vermont Law School’s Environmental and Natural Resources Law Clinic and worked as a summer associate with the public defender in Windsor County, Vermont. He also worked as a legal intern with an environmental nonprofit organization in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Prior to joining the firm, Hines served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Samuel P. Murray in the Northampton County Court of Common Pleas in Easton, Pennsylvania. Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and Vermont, Hines is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Northampton County Bar
