Natalie Ohana Joins Florio Perrucci Steinhardt Cappelli Tipton & Taylor

Florio Perrucci Steinhardt Cappelli Tipton & Taylor LLC welcomes Natalie Ohana as an associate in the firm’s Corporate & Business, Commercial Real Estate, and Cannabis Practice Groups.

Prior to joining the firm, Ohana has worked with a range of companies, from startups to established businesses, and has experience with corporate governance and organization, formation and dissolution, and a variety of other corporate and transactional matters. She has experience with negotiating and drafting contracts, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, non-compete and non-disclosure agreements, among others. Ohana also worked as a consultant in Tel Aviv, where she advised businesses and law firms. She is a graduate of George Washington University and earned her Juris Doctor from New York Law School, with a focus on Business and Financial Law.
