Ruby Khallouf Named Partner at Florio Perrucci Steinhardt Cappelli & Tipton

Florio Perrucci Steinhardt Cappelli & Tipton is proud to announce that Ruby Khallouf has been promoted to become our newest Partner. Khallouf joined the Firm in 2018 as an Associate.

About Ruby Khallouf
Ruby Khallouf is a Partner at our Easton office concentrating her practice in litigation. She has extensive experience in employment, transportation and family law. Khallouf’s broad litigation practice allows her to provide practical and effective advice to clients. She routinely appears in NJ and PA state and federal courts.
In the area of employment litigation, Khallouf has defended employers against claims of wage and hour violations, discrimination, wrongful discharge and retaliation under both Federal and State law. She also has experience providing employment advice to public entities.
In the public transportation industry, Khallouf has significant experience handling Federal Employers’ Liability Act (“FELA”) claims, including allegations of unsafe work conditions, inadequate safety measures and operational negligence. She also has considerable experience defending bus and rail tort claims for injuries and related damages allegedly sustained as a result of negligent operation and maintenance of bus or rail services.
As a member of the firm’s Divorce & Family Law practice group, Khallouf represents clients in various family law matters including divorce, property distribution, child custody and parenting time, child support, paternity, alimony and domestic violence. Khallouf also has substantial courtroom experience in guardianship and civil commitment proceedings.
Prior to joining the firm, Khallouf served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Bruce A. Jones, J.S.C. in the New Jersey Superior Court, Family Part. During her Clerkship, Khallouf served as a court-appointed mediator for family matters, as well as small claims and landlord/tenant matters.
Khallouf graduated from Moravian University and the Villanova University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
