Tipton, Chair of the Firm’s Cannabis Law Group and co-Chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association Cannabis Law Special Committee, discussed New Jersey’s new adult use cannabis law, the timing of its role out, use in the workplace and considerations for employers, and changes in criminal laws.

Pletcher, a Partner in the Firm’s Education Law Group and former lawyer with the New Jersey Department of Education, discussed board of education policy issues regarding the new law and student discipline issues.
