The banking and commercial lending group regularly represents a broad array of clients in matters involving corporate financings, mortgage loans, construction and permanent financings, asset workouts, foreclosures, receiverships, and government-guaranteed loans.

The firm’s experience working with state agencies and authorities provides our attorneys with first-hand knowledge of how to manage and anticipate various state compliance actions including revenue, tax and reporting issues, as they pertain to banks and other financial institutions.

In addition, the firm represents several regional and community banks in regards to commercial loans, document drafting and loan document review as well as commercial collection activities and real estate transactions. Our attorneys work seamlessly with banking and commercial lenders as corporate counsel or on a matter-by matter basis advocating for the bank and/or its clients. Where litigation is inevitable, our banking and commercial lending practice group can leverage the firm’s strong litigation group to support matters including collections, foreclosures, and creditor’s rights.
