Sandra Graise is a civil litigation and public-sector attorney whose practice encompasses insurance defense, municipal law, and representation of boards of education and other public entities throughout New Jersey. Sandra represents clients in a wide range of litigated matters and regularly serves as counsel to municipalities and public bodies, providing practical, responsive legal guidance on both day-to-day operations and complex legal issues.

Sandra maintains an active civil litigation practice, with significant experience representing insureds, businesses, public entities, and other clients in personal injury and liability matters. Her litigation work includes all stages of a case, from initial investigation and discovery through motion practice, depositions, mediation, arbitration, settlement, and trial preparation. She approaches each matter with a focus on identifying the key legal and factual issues early, developing an effective litigation strategy, and providing clients with practical assessments of risk and exposure throughout the life of the case.

Sandra’s municipal practice encompasses the broad range of issues that arise in the representation of local government. She advises municipal clients on matters involving contracts and procurement, redevelopment, land use, public property, ordinances and resolutions, public meetings, municipal operations, regulatory compliance, and other issues arising under New Jersey municipal law. She also regularly drafts and reviews contracts, resolutions, ordinances, agreements, and other legal documents and provides guidance to governing bodies and municipal officials on both routine and complex matters.

Sandra also serves as general counsel and solicitor to boards of education and provides day-to-day legal advice to New Jersey school districts. Her education law practice includes counseling boards and administrators on policy development, student matters, personnel and employment issues, contracts, public records and meetings, regulatory compliance, and other matters affecting school district operations. She works closely with district leadership to provide practical guidance while ensuring compliance with applicable state and federal law.

Sandra’s legal career is supported by a strong educational foundation. She earned dual undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Spanish from Rutgers University, New Brunswick. Her multidisciplinary education provided her with a strong understanding of human behavior and cross-cultural communication, skills that continue to inform her approach to advocacy, negotiation, and client counseling.

Sandra earned her Juris Doctor from Drexel University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law, where she served as Vice President of Finance of the Student Body Association and received the CALI Award for excellence in trial advocacy and litigation.

Sandra is a member of the New Jersey Institute of Local Government Attorneys, the Camden County Bar Association, and the Middlesex County Bar Association and remains committed to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and legal advocacy.

When not practicing law, Sandra enjoys spending time with her husband, their two boys, and a close circle of family and friends.
