Eric D. Lee is an Associate in the Litigation Practice group at the Phillipsburg office.
Prior to joining the firm, Eric served as an Assistant Prosecutor at the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office. Eric began in the Domestic Violence Unit before joining the Trial Team Unit. Eric prosecuted cases charging indictable offenses, disorderly persons offenses, and violations of domestic violence restraining orders. Eric presented cases before the grand jury, conducted plea negotiations, and participated in criminal investigations.
Prior to joining the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office, Eric served as law clerk to the Honorable Michael A. Petrolle J.S.C., and the Honorable Alfonse J. Cifelli, J.S.C., in the Superior Court in Essex County. Eric also served as a court appointed mediator for small claims and landlord/tenant matters.
While attending Seton Hall University School of Law, Eric appeared as a student attorney in the inaugural criminal defense clinic. Since graduating law school, Eric volunteers with the Office of Career Services mentoring students seeking employment opportunities.
Eric is member of the Essex County and Warren County Bar Associations.
