Sarah’s practice is focused primarily in the areas of insurance defense and general litigation, although she has significant experience in many different areas of civil litigation, such as construction defect disputes, medical malpractice, products liability, and workers’ compensation. Sarah currently handles litigation matters for private and public clients such as the Allentown Housing Authority.
Prior to joining the firm, Sarah worked for a large law firm based out of Philadelphia, PA. Over the course of her career, she has secured dismissal of claims at the preliminary objection stage and on motions for summary judgment, in both state and federal court. She has successfully litigated numerous cases through arbitration and has served as second chair at trial.
While in law school at Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia, Sarah interned at the International Institute of Human Rights, where she studied international human rights law and worked on various legal issues, including private data concerns under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act. Sarah also served as a teaching assistant for classes on international criminal law and international human rights law.
