Benjamin Slovin and Brian Budic Successfully Secure a Final Restraining Order and Award of Attorneys’ Fees

Benjamin Slovin served as first chair in a Domestic Violence trial in the Family Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey. Representing the plaintiff, Benjamin was able to obtain a final restraining order as well as attorneys’ fees.

When asked for a comment, Benjamin stated, “We could not have asked for a better result. We are relieved knowing that our client now has the protection that she and her family deserve.
