Brian Budic and Ashley Zimmerman recently presented a CLE course entitled Divorce and Family Law Considerations. This course, through PACLE, discussed a variety of family law topics including how to handle divorce litigation from start to finish including court filings and appearances, discovery issues, and client management; family law issues for the unmarried client and “non-dissolution” cases; and domestic violence issues with a focus on Temporary Restraining Orders (TRO) and Final Restraining Orders (FRO). The program ended with a lengthy question and answer session with the attendees.

Brian Budic is Co-Chair of the firm’s Divorce and Family Law Practice Group He has extensive experience representing clients in all aspects of family law in New Jersey, including complex issues of divorce, equitable distribution, child custody, parenting time, child support, alimony, domestic violence, and prenuptial agreements. Brian knows the stress and emotional toll that his family law clients experience before, during, and after the divorce process. As a result, he treats every client with the empathy, responsiveness, and respect that they deserve.
