Florio Perrucci Closes the Acquisition of Auto Glass Fitters, Inc.

The mergers and acquisition group of Florio Perrucci Steinhardt Cappelli Tipton & Taylor LLC proudly announces the acquisition of firm client, Auto Glass Fitters, Inc. by Driven Brands Holdings, Inc. Partner Seth Tipton led the transaction with attorneys Sarah Powell and Natalie Ohana.
